Reunion Festivities

We have scaled down the festivities due to the decreased number of expected attendees. There are only 32 RSVP's. We are planning for 48 people. So we have decided to hold the entire weekend at our home:

Friday night there will be a pizza dinner- meet and greet at 7pm. Afterwards, we can head over to the Aliante Casino for gambling or Jazz by the pool.
Saturday- Breakfast, welcome blessing- 9am / Nature Discovery Park for family pictures 10:30am
Dinner and slideshow-6pm
Sunday- Closing blessings- 9am

Newletters

Newsletters were sent out last week. All the info is on there for RSVP and planned activites. If you need hotel rooms please contact us directly. The requested donation is $100 per family. We are planning to include 4 Reunion Shirts for each paid family. Please pass this reunion info on to all of your family members! See you all in July.

Reunion Activities

Hey all!

I'm starting interest lists for:  GOLF OUTING (Badlands or Sun City Aliante) , BABYSITTING (at my house, no overnighters), YOUNG ADULTS OUTING (Sierra Gold Pub- must be over 21 yrs old), SHOWS- there are usually locals specials for shows on the strip (ex: Phantom of the Opera Mezzanine seats for $51..normal price is $110). 

On Saturday at the Nature Discovery Park, we will be taking a picture of the entire Ruiz clan in the morning.  We're designing a Reunion Shirt for everyone to wear.  We're planning on including 4 shirts for each paid family.  Additional shirts are $10 Youth sizes up to AXL and $12 for 2XL-4XL.  

Plans are coming together fast!  Look for more updates :)

This years reunion weekend is scheduled for July 24-26. Please save the date in your calendars and spread the word to your families. The tentative schedule is as follows: FRIDAY evening- Meet and Greet at Tim and Cookie's (for those of you who are arriving early). SATURDAY 9am-1pm- Welcome Breakfast at the Nature Discovery Park.. 5:30pm Family Dinner/Slideshow at Centennial Hills YMCA. Evening is free time! SUNDAY- Family Breakfast.
